Fast Track to Director

For Consultants, Managers and Star Managers

Want more for yourself? Don’t just imagine “what if” this year. Achieve your goals, help others realize their own, and live your
dreams as a Tupperware Director. Use “Fast Track,” the first phase of the WOW Development Program, to promote yourself to Director in up to three months. Talk to your Director about stepping up to leadership. As a DIQ, you’ll continue to hold parties, while building a team through recruiting and developing Managers. You’ll enjoy Dream Driver cash and extra income. When you qualify to be a Director, you’ll be rewarded for your achievement, including a Welcome To Leadership pack and a Leather Logo Laptop Briefcase.

Qualify for Fast Track Director in Qualification (DIQ) - First, enroll online in My Sales. Then qualify to enter WOW Development and be a DIQ by achieving these minimums for the sales month:

$500 in personal sales
$2,000 U.S./$2,500 CAD in sales by you and your personal
recruits
$7,000 U.S./$9,000 CAD in Dream Team sales
Six active personal recruits

Dream Team sales include those by you, your personal recruits and
their recruits, down to the next DIQ.

To continue as a DIQ

Each month, maintain monthly sales minimums ($500 in personal
sales, $2,000 U.S./$2,500 CAD in personal team sales and $7,000
U.S./$9,000 CAD in Dream Team sales.)

Qualify to be a new Director
Achieve these goals and qualify to be a Director.

Achieve $30,000 U.S./$37,500 CAD in total Dream Team sales in
up to three consecutive sales months. (Qualification is based on a
rolling three-month period.)
Have two Dream Team members, who are not part of another
Dream Team, who are paid as a Manager in your final qualifying
sales month.
