Stack Cooker
I play the price its’ right high low game when cooking in the Microwave to show off the cost savings and time money and energy.
I ask “How Much Does it cost for 100 hours of worth of electricity?” Then have guests shout out a number, if they say 100 I say lower and if they say $50 then I say Higher. Until they guess $75 which is the correct answer and I say bing bing! I’ll give them a little game gift or ticket for the right answer! Then I’ll ask how does it cost for 100 hours of electricity in your microwave? Play the same game until someone says $5.00 and I say bing bing bing! And give a gift! I really want to emphasize the cost savings!

Myth of the Microwave: You can’t bake cakes and brownies and more!

The Microwave is a moist oven so you can remove 25% of the liquid and I choose the fat!
I make my cakes with 1 1/2 cups of water and 2 eggs (or egg beaters) cholesterol free -whip it in the power chef and put on top of a can of coconut pecan frosting in the 3qt with the cone for German Chocolate Cake.  You can also use a can of pie filling and a cake mix or a can of soda and a cake mix for 8-10 min. That saves time and money not using your stove!

Black Beans Brownies
Use the large shallow vent n serve or square ultra pro or 3/4 qt stack cooker and use your power chef to chop your can of Black Beans with the liquid and mix in a box of brownie mix and cook for 8 minutes. Leave the beans a little chunky the texture of chocolate chips

Myth of the Microwave – you can’t brown off meat in the “microwave”!

When you use the stove you are cooking your meat in the grease and then you try to ladle out the grease and never get it all out. If you over cook the meat it becomes burned which is where the cancer causing carcinogens occur. So the healthy alternative is using the stack cooker to steam your meat. No more getting stuck stirring at the store!

I use the colander in the middle section of the stack cooker or 1 3/4 quarts to brown off ground beef 5 minutes per pound all the grease goes thru the colander so you can actually buy the least expensive ground beef because you buying the most expensive to cut down on the fat percentage.

Home made Spaghetti Sauce

Use the Quick Chef to chop up your veggies, suggestions: onion, zucchini, garlic, spinach and so on. Put the chopped veggies on top of raw ground meat and cook for 3-5 min. To get most of the grease out of the Meat and pre-cook the veggies. Wipe out the grease from the bowl with a paper towel and throw it away. Dump your veggie/meat mixture and add a bottle of spaghetti sauce. Crack your pasta in half and put in 3qt biggest bowl and add enough water to cover the pasta. Place the 1 3/4qt container with spaghetti sauce next. The top 3/4 qt is great for a dessert or veggies.

Smart Steamer
The microwave is the healthiest way to cook our food! Using high temperature and low time helps lock in the vitamins and minerals. High is 550 degrees which is deep fat frying temp. So you only cook on high for raw products. Cracking the skin of the vegetables releases the vitamins and minerals found in the skin. A Healthy meal in 14 minutes! It’s very important that the pieces are equal in size and shape. One of my favorite is: green beans and baby potatoes in the bottom and chicken on top sprinkling my favorite spice Italian spice the Tupperware makes. 5 min to rest! Rest time is very important as the fat sugar and water are slowing down and finishing cooking! It’s better to under cook and add another minute!

Fridgesmart

ACE air controlled environment!  Not all veggies are created equal so the amount of air makes the difference! Your veggies stay fresh for 2-3 weeks! Broccoli takes the most air so you slide it one way, lettuce needs a little so you slide it the other way and strawberries don’t need any air at all! That’s why strawberries get moldy so fast because we bring them home from the store in a box with lots of holes.

Salad Spinner w/chopping board accessory
One spin is equal to 6 spins. It usually takes at least 20 min. to chop and prep your veggies. Using your salad spinner not only allows you wash your fruits and veggies but also spins out extra water and pesticides. You can also store you washed. You can use the Mandoline to make your own veggie sticks and store in the pick a deli or Fridgesmart to save time.

Tip: wash all your fruits veggies in a clean sink filled with 1/4 vinegar and 1 Tablespoon salt! The vinegar takes the pesticides off the skin and the salt cleans the dirt from the cracks and crevices.

Breakfast Maker – Breakfast is the most important meal of the day! We have been sleeping for hours so we are Breaking the Fast and energizing our body for the stressors of the day!

Healthy cooking for the morning breakfast! Just two scrambled eggs, chopped veggies and cheese! 2-4 min and the perfect Breakfast!

Quick Chef – make fresh salsa to top off your healthy meals and a quick snack with hummus and veggies!

Power Chef – make your own hummus for a quick snack! Use the can opener to open up a can of garbanzo beans and add half of red pepper and garlic and save the water to add as needed for your taste and texture. I also use the power chef to mix my cake mixes with the paddle which goes hand in hand with cooking the cakes in the Microwave.  When you use the Power Chef be sure and add the liquids 1st and give it a couple of turns and then add your dry ingredients. It whips air into your cakes and helps them rise higher!
